What is a Buyer's Premium?
A Buyer's Premium is a small service fee added to the final purchase price of an item sold on Comic Book Auctions.
The Buyer's Premium applies to:
- Auction purchases
- Buy Now purchases
- Accepted Make Offer transactions

How Payment Works
To place bids, purchase items using Buy Now, or submit Make Offer offers, you'll need a valid credit card on file.
When you win an auction, complete a Buy Now purchase, or your offer is accepted, your payment method will be charged the applicable Buyer's Premium. Comic Book Auctions will then connect you directly with the seller, who will provide payment instructions for the item using their preferred payment method.
Secure Payment Information
Comic Book Auctions uses Stripe to securely store your credit card information. Neither Comic Book Auctions nor sellers have access to your full credit card details. Your card is only charged for the applicable Buyer's Premium after a successful purchase, such as winning an auction, completing a Buy Now purchase, or having a Make Offer accepted.
